Located only 20km from Melbourne's CBD, Arndell Estate at Truganina is intersected by parklands and open spaces, and is designed in harmony with its gently rolling topography.

Arndell will comprise 450 lots over 54.8 ha, with homesites ranging from 300sqm to 600sqm. The modern community centre, existing childcare centre and a large primary school – due to begin construction in late-2009 – are the central focus of the estate.

Arndell is bound to the south-east by existing homes, schools and Skeleton Creek, which forms a natural 'border'. Two tree-lined avenues follow the natural curve of the land to lead to the creek, and views across this peaceful spot include a panoramic view of Truganina.

To the south, Federation Trail starts at an historic bridge on the edge of the estate. The Trail spans the length of Arndell and overlooks a long municipal reserve and local park. This completely off-road trail will eventually link the Bay Trail with Melbourne's CBD.
